How to fix a mistake

You can correct mistakes on your paper form. Just block out the box with the mistake and carry on. See the example shown on page two of the form.

For bigger mistakes, you could ask for a replacement form if you prefer, or you could do it online. But you’d need to start again from the beginning.

My address is wrong on the paper form

Please write your correct address in the space provided on the front page of the paper form.

I’ve missed someone from my paper form. What do I do?

If you’ve missed someone from your paper form and already sent it back, you can ask for a continuation form for you or them to fill in.

I've lost my envelope. How do I return my paper form?

If you've lost your envelope, you can return your form in any A4-sized envelope to FREEPOST, Census 2021.
