Local authorities : Who you can contact for help

Your local authority should have appointed a dedicated census liaison manager (CLM) and assistant census liaison manager (ACLM). The CLM and ACLM act as your main points of contact with us at the ONS.

We’ve also appointed 200 full-time census engagement managers across England and Wales. One of their main tasks is to work with local authorities and they’ll be in touch with the CLMs and ACLMs in October 2020.
